Carol’s family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012 at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Rev. Ed LeClair officiating.
Interment will be held in White Pigeon Cemetery.
Carol Ann Myers, age 78, of Three Rivers, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012. She was born on May 9, 1934 in Newstraitsville, OH., the daughter of Cartilage and Wilma (Williamson) Webb.
Mrs. Myers was united in marriage to the love of her life, George on Dec. 25, 1953 in Logan, OH. Together they raised their children on the family dairy farm in Three Rivers. Carol also was employed at Continental Can, Michigan Power, and later at D&W and Meijer’s in the bakery dept. She and George have been long time members of St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church where they were very active.
Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, Mark Myers.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory, husband George Myers, of Three Rivers; one son, Timothy Myers, of Three Rivers; two daughters, Sharon (Wayne) Bistodeau, of Sand Point, Idaho, and Joanna (Leonard) Knight, of Tatlayokolake, B.C., Canada; daughter-in-law, Kathy Myers, of Kalamazoo; eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Alisha, Heather, Justin, Joshua, Jamie, Jesse, and Ethan; three great-grandchildren, Jayden, Rylee, and Makhira.
