Condolence Messages(1)
Mae Bell's family, so sorry to read of your mom's passing. I saw her picture and I thought 'she looks so familiar.' I graduated in 1971 and know some of you girls. Having already experienced the deaths of my parents I want to send my sympathy. I get great comfort from the Bible. When things are weighing us down Our Creator can help us out. Philippians 4:6, 7 lets us know that if we approach God with "prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, the peace of God that excels all thought will guard our hearts and mental powers by means of Christ Jesus." This means Our Creator can calm our hearts and ease our emotions when we are grieving from our loss. No one else may be able to comfort us but God can. 1 Corinthians 15:26 says that "death is our enemy..." May your prayers and Our Creator's help get you all through the coming days.
