I am glad I had a chance to meet Janice, I am also glad for her service to the ministry of CEF in past years. You all are in our prayers!

My heart is sad at the loss of a special friend but I know that she now resides in glory with her dear husband and Savior. Jan and I shared many a phone conversations and became "phone friends" first a couple years ago before I actually met her in person. It was after the passing of Tom, that Jan called our business, Richmond Sanitary Service, asking my Allen for advice on the septic system. Later Allen helped by plowing the drive. When Jan would call we would share our love for the Lord and His care for us. I am thankful to have known Jan and look forward to being together again some day. God Bless you and give you comfort and peace in her "home-going". With Sympathy, Kim Lammott

Although I didn’t know Janice, I wish to send your family my deepest sympathies. I understand how difficult it is to lose someone you love, for I have lost several friends and family members over the years. Yet, there is something that brings me great comfort, and I wanted to share that with you. No doubt you long to be reunited with Janice again. We wonder such things as where are they, what are they doing, and will I ever see them again? The wonderful news is that the Bible answers such questions as these. Notice the promise found at John 5:28, 29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs (graves) will hear his voice and come out.” Yes, soon you will have the opportunity to be reunited with Janice in a beautiful new paradise earth. What an exciting time to look forward to! Right now, the sad reality is that death still claims the ones we love. We long for the time when God will “swallow up death forever.” (Isaiah 25:8) Until that time, may you continue to find much comfort in the Bible’s resurrection hope, and may you continue to find answers to the questions many of us ask. Also, may you learn about the One who made such promises, Jehovah God. (John 17:3) Again, my deepest condolences are with your family during this most trying time.

A message to Jan's family: I was so sorry to hear about Jan's passing. She and Tom were both mentors while I was the Director with TRAM (Three Rivers Area Mentoring). They were both an asset to our program and gave so much of themselves. They shared many "first-time experiences" with appreciative kids. Jan's generosity will be missed. My heart goes out to you at this time. May you find comfort through your memories and in knowing that Jan and Tom are once again together. ---Charlene Zavala

We are so sorry for the loss of your Mother. We will always remember how welcoming your parents were to us when Jerry first started working for the company and we moved to Michigan. Also, how we moved to several different towns with you through the years and became friends and kept in touch after retirement. It was so nice to see all of your family at their 50th wedding anniversary. We want you to know you will all be in our thoughts and prayers. With sympathy, Jerry and Judy Corley
