The family will celebrate Marjorie’s life with friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 at the Three Rivers Eagles #2303; 715 East Hoffman St; Three Rivers, MI 49093.
Private interment of ashes will be held at Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
Marjorie May Pierce, age 74, of Three Rivers, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the Borgess Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born on June 6, 1940 in Three Rivers, Michigan the daughter of the late James H. and Freda M. (Friend) Wagner.
Marjorie was a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. She attended Three Rivers Schools and on July 6th, 1957 was united in marriage to the late Lawrence Pierce who preceded her in death in 2008 and also one sister, Myrna Lane, and two brothers, Ronnie and Russell Wagner.
Marjorie loved serving her friends and family, this led to her career as a bartender for the Three Rivers Eagles, where she attained “Golden Eagle”, and also the Frosty Bowl, where she also bowled on many leagues.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her son, Rickie Pierce, of Three Rivers; daughter, Kimberly Page, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; one brother, James Wagner Jr.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be donated to the St. Joseph County Animal Rescue Fund (A.R.F.). Envelopes available at the Hohner Funeral Home in care of her arrangements.
