Wejay S. Bundara III
Age 53, died at home Thursday, May 14, 2015. Wejay S. Bundara III was born in Oklahoma on July 17, 1962 to Barbara (Hill) and Wejay Bundara Jr. In Jay’s early years, he attended school in Mishawaka, Indiana. Growing up as a military dependent, he travelled to various places including the Philippines and became certified in scuba diving by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). In 1980, he graduated from Central High School, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Afterward he moved to Washington, D.C. to be close to his grandmother where he also began work in construction. Jay became skilled in welding, finish work carpentry, crane operation, concrete, roofing, heating and cooling. Jay was also an avid builder and operator of remote control (RC) race cars. Jay eventually settled in the Michiana Region.
Jay will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his long-time girlfriend Alicia Edson; mother Barbara Hill, father Wejay Bundara Jr. and stepmom Patricia (Trigg) Bundara; sisters Tanya Schuh, Lisa Sinclair and Kimberly Noble; nephews Carlos Flory, Ryan Schuh, Zane Noble; and nieces Hailey Noble and Charice Sinclair.
