The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of services beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Hohner Funeral Home.

Obituary Notice
 

Dorothy Lee Crump, age 69, of Three Rivers, MI. went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Heartland Health Care Center. She was born on April 29, 1947 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of the late Zollie and Mary (Williams) Tolbert.

Dorothy graduated from Drake High School in Auburn, AL. From there she moved to Three Rivers in 1973. Dorothy was employed at Dayco Corp for a short time and later moved to Lear Seating Corp, in Mendon, MI. where she eventually retired. She attended Adult Enrichment Courses at Three Rivers High School and also volunteered at Three Rivers Headstart Program.

Dorothy was preceded in death by one daughter, Rosalyn Crump; one sister, Mary V. Reese; and one grandson, Eugene Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband of 38 years, Don L. Crump; three daughters, Wanda Tolbert, Christy Jackson, and Cynthia Crump. One son, Don L Crump Jr.; one brother, Larry (Sharon)Tolbert; stepdaughters, Donna and Linda Bennett; grandchildren, Tamara (Tim) Tolbert- Pope, Keshia Jackson, Jason Taylor, Jr., Cameron Tolbert, DeMario Crump, Ja'wan Taylor, DeZerea Crump, Alexus Moore; great-grandchildren, Tre’von Smith, Tyriq Smith, Darrell and Dallas Pope, Kyng, Ka'myia, Kau'morha McCorkle; also surviving, the Reese Family.

Rodney Andrew Howard, age 66, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Rod was born on Dec. 17th, 1949 in Adrian, MI., the son of the late Andy and Elizabeth (Cox) Howard.

Mr. Howard grew up in the Adrian, MI. area and served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and upon returning home served in the U.S. Navy until his honorable discharge. He worked for the U.S. Post office for over twelve years before retiring.

Ron loved to hunt and Michigan Wolverine and Minnesota Vickings football. He never missed an episode of the “Price is Right” and his true joy was spoiling all of his grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, wife, Gail (Jensen) Howard, of Centreville, MI.; son, Andrew (Katie) Howard; daughter, Kim (Shaun) Connelly; both of Three Rivers; nine grandchildren, Kylee, Andrew Jr., Aidan, Katelynn, Kenzie Howard; Britney, Sarah, Caleb, and Liam Connelly; one brother, Robert Howard; four sisters, Faye Harris, Betty ____________, Mary Goodwin, and Joyce_________;

With my deepest sympathy to the family. Dorthy was a beautiful woman both inside and out. My prayers for the family to find peace in her passing as they know she is no longer in pain and finally at rest. She was greatly loved and will be missed by everyone that every knew her.
