Rhonda will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Our families knew each other at a very young age. Grew up as friends, and then, later in life living two doors down from her on Portage Lake. We’ll definitely remember the fun times there. Rhonda was a sweet, fun loving ,and witty spirited gal whom we had some great times with. When Rhonda worked at a local bank, she helped my wife and I get our first home! It was very stressful for us, but she seemed to make it go so smooth. She knew her business! She will always remain forever special in our hearts. To Perry and the Wright family, and to the Shearer family ,Renee, Chase ,and I send you our deepest sympathy, and our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Rhonda will always be known as Blizzard Baby to many of us. Although we didn’t spend much time together as we went our own way, I loved following you on FB. You had the best pictures and stories Cuz! I remember
as kids we all got together at Gramma and Grandpa’s Cottage in Bradley. Fun times. Aunt Betty, Linda, and Allen, my heart breaks for you as you make sense of this. Praying for you all, as well as Rhonda’s husband and family, to find peace and comfort . God Bless and Keep you.
Perry and family please accept my most sincere condolences. This happened way too soon and it is particularly tragic when good people are taken before their time.
Rhonda oh where to start. thank you for everything that you taught me during our/my time on the Victim Services Unit for St. Joe County Sheriffs Dept. You are truly one of a kind and when I think back to our time all of the after meeting dinners and you and Patty eating those dang fish tacos. You are truly going to be missed and I can not wait to see you again and thank you for all the love and support that you have shown Phil and I.

Carrie, I am sending you huge hugs. It was so funny when I found out we knew the same person and I loved to hear her stories about you and your stories about her.
Linda, thank you so much for putting me in touch with Rhonda about getting on the Victim Services Unit. Huge hugs sent to you and your family also.
I am going to miss Rhonda so much. Her personality always made me smile. I am so thankful I got to know her and have some fun times with her. My thoughts are with the whole family because I know above all else it was family that was important to her. I am going to miss her to no end and I will always think of her whenever a Bob Seger comes on the radio.
Perry and family, our prayers for comfort and peace are with you today and always. Rhonda was a wonderful woman who will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting her.

Very few times in a person’s life will you have someone in your life that you just connect with. Rhonda was that person to everyone she met. Great sense of humor. Even thou she liked FORD’S.. and that made for interesting nights at the races.
That will always be the be the best part of my life the times we went to the races and poked fun at each other over what was the better of the two.
I love you Rhonda my friend forever.
Sorry for your loss. Rhonda was way too young. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
