Obituary Notice

Charles James Miller Sr., age 64, otherwise affectionally known as “Bah,” of Three Rivers passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at his home after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Sturgis, MI on February 6, 1957 the son of Marjorie Jean Miller.

Charles attended Colon Schools and graduated from Coldwater High School. He went on to work for W.F. Wells for 26 years and was also a custodian for Centreville United Methodist Church. He was an expert craftsman and volunteered for Three Rivers High School and Three Rivers Community Players building sets for many plays.

Surviving to cherish his memory is wife of 31 years Nancy Sue Miller of Three Rivers; children, Jennifer S. (Christon May) Miller of Vicksburg, Charles J. Miller, Jr. of Three Rivers, Mary (Colton) Nelson of Wisconsin and Jody Miller of Coldwater; stepdaughters, Dawn (Allen) Clark of White Pigeon, Kimberly (Cecil) Comadoll of Sturgis, Sarah (Jamie) Alber of Centreville, and Heather (Mark) Lillywhite of Three Rivers; grandchildren, Stella Miller, Harper and Alexis Nelson, Hannah Miller, Heather and Alicia Clark, Kristin (Justin) Rube, Jesse (David Ashdown) Trowbridge, Mark and Justin Trowbridge, Emily Nosler, Titan, Lauren and Colton Lillywhite; great-grandchild, Allison Ashdown; numerous nieces and nephews.

  3. Incredibly sorry for this loss. What an amazing man and father! He will truly be missed but certainly not forgotten. Will always cherish the memories growing up and have no doubt that his legacy will continue to live on in the generations after him. Sending love to the Miller family!
