Obituary Notice

Patricia “Patty” Elaine Slaughter, 63, of Three Rivers, passed away Monday, July 29, 2024 at her home unexpectedly.

She was born March 21, 1961 in Three Rivers, the daughter of Lawrence and Marion (Snow) Slaughter, and graduated from Constantine High School with the Class of 1979.

Patty enjoyed cooking and baking, skills she initially honed at Meek’s Mill Café perfecting their homemade bread. After, she worked various jobs in different fields including home healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

She had a green thumb and loved everything outdoors – gardening, hummingbirds, butterflies, flowers, and plants. She could also be found floating in the water on inflatables she got on clearance (another of her specialties) or riding around on a golf cart. Most of all, she loved her family, and baking them her famous cookies and breads.
