Obituary Notice
Laurie Ann Beldon, 66, of Constantine, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at Bronson Methodist Hospital surrounded by her loving family. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be remembered for her loving heart, caring spirit and the unmistakable sparkle she brought to every life she touched.
Laurie was born December 1, 1958 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Robert and Carol (Buyce) Weaver. Laurie grew up with a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. Laurie attended Mendon Community Schools.
Laurie met her sweetheart Robert Beldon at The Seventh-Day Adventist Church. They married on February 14, 1987, and together they built a beautiful life filled with adventure and love.
Laurie’s greatest joy came from her family. Laurie was the heart of the home, her loving and caring nature created a warm and welcoming space for everyone. Laurie cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchild sharing milestones with her playful spirit.
Laurie loved creating beauty in the world around her, rather it be through her magnificent flower beds, restoring yard ornaments, Laurie’s love of nature extended to simple pleasures of camping trips with her family at Sandy Pines, where she would light up the campfire and the hearts around it.
Laurie found immense joy in the holidays, especially Christmas. Laurie created magical festive traditions for her family, decorating with an unmatched flair, making every moment feel special and nothing was complete without her special touch of glitter.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her mother Carol Weaver; husband, Robert Beldon; sons, Nathan (Marlana) Huston, Jonathan (Sarah) Beldon, Tim (Bre) Beldon and Jonathan Hamilton; daughters, Candace Hostetler, Tammy (Ryan) Briggs, and Savanna Beldon; grandchildren, Karissa Huston, Brenden Huston, Amber Hostetler, Chase Hostetler (Emily), Glenn Geark, Sierra Geark, Destiny Briggs, Bexley Briggs, Skylar Beldon, Elijah Stillwell, Kason Beldon, and Kinsleigh Beldon; great-granddaughter, Leila Rose Hostetler; brother, Robert Weaver Jr.; sister, Lisa (Mark) Thompson; and sister-in-law, Melissa Weaver-Carpenter.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert Weaver; brother, Guy Weaver; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy (Max) Sussdorf; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Rosemary Beldon.
With Laurie’s passing, Faith has been restored into her husband and family’s lives.
