Service Details
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 645 S. Douglas Ave., Three Rivers, with Fr. Arul Lazar officiating. A Celebration of Life will follow at Pine View Golf Club, 52065 Pulver Rd., Three Rivers. She will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL on April 20, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.

Obituary Notice
Sandra Anne Munyon, 84, of Three Rivers, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 10, 1941 in Chicago, the daughter of Emil and Lucille (Tanke) George, and graduated from Chicago Vocational High School with the Class of 1960.
Sandra married Clyde Munyon in 1970; she raised a family and went to work as a health aide for Lincoln Elementary and Washington Elementary. After retirement, they built a home in Alma, Illinois.
She enjoyed traveling, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
Remaining to cherish her memory are sons, Vince (Elaine) Munyon, Mark (Jyl) Munyon, Keith (Alisa) Munyon, and George (Pru) Munyon; daughter, Teresa (Ron) Gose; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Jacqueline Bryjak.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Les Munyon; brothers, John George and Larry George; and sister, Linda Riley.
Additional Information
Donations in Sandra’s memory may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

My condolences to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was such a light in this world. I was blessed to have her as an aunt and a godmother. She will be missed.
So sorry…..we miss you more then you know. May you forget nothing and remember everything now beautiful lady! You will forever hold a place in my heart and so many others. Love you momma sandy. We see you everyday when we watch the birds. Love you forever.
