Service Details

Her family will receive friends Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Riverside Church, 207 E. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers. A memorial service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the church with Chaplain Matt Oliver officiating.

Obituary Notice

Connie Lou Hoffman, 72, of Three Rivers, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Optalis Health and Rehabilitation surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 12, 1954 in Sturgis, the daughter of Norm and Charlene (Eyer) Brooks, and graduated from Edwardsburg High School with the Class of 1972.

On November 30, 1973 she married Randy Hoffman. They loved traveling together, especially to Destin and Islamorada, Florida.

Happiest in the sun or on a beach, Connie loved spending time at the lake and with her family. She also was an avid mushroom hunter. She just loved being outside and enjoying fresh air.

Connie was the most positive, happy, faith-filled person you will meet and could find the best in any situation. She loved all things Notre Dame, especially the women’s basketball team!

She was actively involved at Riverside Church.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy; son, Cory (Rachel) Hoffman; grandchildren, Brenden, Blake, Madison, and Emma; brothers, Greg (Leslie) and Jeff; step-siblings, Cindy Bunkelman, Scott Bunkelman, and Connie Meade.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Casy; and her step-sister, Mindy Bunkelman.

Additional Information

Donations in Connie’s memory may be directed to Cory Hoffman which will go towards helping cover funeral costs. Envelopes will be available at the church and at Hohner Funeral Home.
