Obituary Notice
Beatrice Lynn Jones-Taylor, 36, gained her wings on August 15, 2025. Born on March 29, 1989 in Denver, Colorado was the daughter of the late Terry Jones and Gloria Jones (McNeal). She graduated with her high school diploma in 2007 from Emily Griffith, and recently started school at Glen Oaks Community College this past summer to obtain her Associates Degree in Business Management. Although she was only there for one term she excelled in that term to maintain an A average.
Beatrice married Daniel Taylor Jr. in 2007, and they had two children Dontrel and Breajana. Although her and their father split they still worked hard to give their children a happy home.
Beatrice recently just had a promotion at her job and became a medical transport driver. She also had a daycare business license and was trying to buy a building to start her business. She enjoyed drawing, traveling, and spending time with the people she loved.
Beatrice’s memory will be carried forward by her children, Dontrel and Breajana, her mother, Gloria, and her many beloved godchildren. She will be remembered for her boundless love, her faith, and the joy she brought into the lives of others.
Her children are so proud to say she recently turned to God fully and even started attending church with them. They are happy to know no matter what kind of day she was having and no matter how hard it was for her to get through sometimes, she always believed that every day was a gift from God and lived everyday as if it was.
“Every day is a gift from God. Pray. Trust. Believe” -Beatrice Jones-Taylor

I’m so saddened by the passing of my friend Beatrice. You were so fun to be around . You made us all laugh on the bus. Always had something kind to say .. I I will never forget last year around Halloween time the day you put a fake spider on Mona shoulder and she ran off the bus . Gone but not forgotten. Until we meet again. Love and miss you
