Service Details
A celebration of David’s life will be held on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Three Rivers Moose Lodge, 110 Day Drive, Three Rivers, MI 49093. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
Obituary Notice
David Michael Burr Jr., age 72, of Three Rivers, Michigan passed away Saturday, February 10th, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born September 18th, 1945 in Vicksburg, Michigan to son of the late David M. Burr Sr. and Eleanor Weinberg. After graduation from Vicksburg High School in 1964 David went to serve his country honorably in the Marine Corp form 1965 to 1970 stationed in California. David began working at Armstrong International in 1980 and retired in 2015 after 35 years with the company.
On May 21st, 2005 David was united in holy matrimony to Diana Faye in the Armstrong Chapel.
David loved hunting, camping, softball, and riding his Harley motorcycle.
David leaves to cherish his loving memory: one son, two step-daughter, one step-son, eight grandchildren, two sisters: Shirley (Nick) Schoton and Kathy King, both of Kalamazoo, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the family in c/o Diana Burr. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
