Doris Ann Tulla, 67, of Three Rivers, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024 at her son’s home in Bronson surrounded by her loving family.
She was born September 26, 1956 in Sturgis, the daughter of Clifford and Betty (Bauder) Stevens, and graduated from Sturgis High School in 1974.
Doris worked in maintenance at Dometic for many years. Work was very important to her. She made friends with everyone. Once retired she would often mention that she wanted a part-time job just to talk to new people. She loved people.
On September 14, 1996, she married George Tulla. They enjoyed fishing, boat rides, camping, rides on their Harley, drag racing and drives to the lake. Together they enjoyed each other’s company in nature.
Doris loved to craft. Garage sailing was one of her favorite hobbies.
She touched the lives of all she came in contact with. She had a way of always making others feel special. She had the kindest soul. She truly loved the Lord and that shined through her.
