Service Details
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Bethel Baptist Church, 17852 S. River Rd, Three Rivers, MI 49093 with Pastor Tony Bennett officiating.
Interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Three Rivers.
Obituary Notice
Gordon Cedric Adair, age 53, of Three Rivers passed away after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Borgess Medical Center. He was born on March 13, 1966 in Chicago, IL the son of Thaddeus L. and Arabelle (Williams) Adair.
He was employed for fourteen years at American Axle and most currently at Precision Wire for the last two years. He was very active as a youth pastor at New Jerusalem Baptist Church of Three Rivers and later founded House of Prayer Church where he ministered to many people.
He was preceded in passing by his mother, and one brother.
Gordon leaves to cherish his memory wife of twenty five years, June Adair of Three Rivers; daughters, Junise Arnold and Jennifer Cole; sons, Brian Arnold, William Arnold, Alwyn Arnold, and Jonathan Adair; grandchildren, Kierra, Alicia, Aaliyah, Makhi, Mitch, Nathan, Schayne, William, Anayshia, Nayshawn, Mason, Alwyn, Ne’Ajah, Q’Nia, Aaliyah, Aaron, Alexis, Kamren, Serenity, and Gabryal.
Additional Information
Memorial donations in Gordon’s memory may be directed to Charity of One’s Choice. Envelopes available at church or Hohner Funeral Home in care of arrangements.

June and the entire Adair family, I want extend my Sincere Condolences. Cedric will truly be missed. But I want you to take courage in the word of God!
I Thessalonians 4:13 But I do not you to be ignorant,brethren concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

Niecey I want to be there but since I can’t I simply asked the Lord.. the God of all comfort to be with you now and forever. My heart aches on this one. Gordon was so very special to us! Kaelyn has her dad in her life but Gordon didn’t care lol.. He encouraged her and mentored her in his own way and we love him for it.. Although he made no apologies lol. Love you all sp much?❤❤❤
