Service Details
Visitation will be held Friday, July 1, 2022, at noon at Howardsville Gospel Chapel, 53441 Bent Rd., Marcellus. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Sheldon Combs officiating. She will be laid to rest at Moorepark Cemetery.
Obituary Notice
Linda Kay Crotser, 86, of Sturgis, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022.
She was born March 25, 1936 in Niles, the daughter of Robert and Agnes (Dolph) Tuesley, and graduated from Three Rivers High School.
Linda married Gerald Eugene Crotser on September 13, 1958.
She worked at Dayco and later in the laundry department at Three Rivers Hospital from the mid-1970s until retirement.
Linda enjoyed sewing, flowers, baking and her grandchildren. She was a member of Howardsville Gospel Chapel and was involved with Howardsville Christian School for many years.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Barry Alan (Laurie Lundberg) Crotser, Valerie Ann (Daniel) Ferguson, Brian Jay (Shauna Cullum) Crotser and Laura Kay (Todd) Davis; nine grandchildren, Matthew (Jamie) Martin, Paula Faith (Ben) Rueger, Dacoda Ferguson, Andrew Crotser, Ashley (Joel) Sparks, Brandon Crotser, Chelsea (D.J.) Callaway, Amory Davis, Caelyn Davis; nine great-grandchildren, Myles, Zoe, Caedmon, Emerson, Bristol, Hudson, Coen, Sullivan, Emmanuel; sister, Sharron Shingledecker; and brother, Robert Tuesley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Crotser, in 2020; daughter, Paula Joy Crotser, in 1975; granddaughter, Rabecca Martin; great-grandson, Emerson Sparks; sister and brother-in-law, Diane (Raymond) Westfall; brother-in-law, Charles Shingledecker.

Donations in Linda’s memory may be directed to Howardsville Gospel Chapel. Envelopes are available at the church or at Hohner Funeral Home in care of her arrangements.

I was privileged to know the Crotser family while taking care of Gerald @ Grace Healthcare. I have many good memories of the family and Linda visiting. Condolences to the family.
