Obituary Notice
Natalia Halina Winnicki, 85, of Constantine, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Three Rivers Health.
She was born November 13, 1935 in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of John and Alice (Shunka) Snawadzki. Natalia was studying to be a nurse when she met and married James A. Winnicki, Jr. She became a mom shortly after, going on to have and raise eight children together.
For many years, Natalia was a homemaker. After most of her children were grown, she later worked and volunteered at the old Three Rivers Hospital. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Natalia was an excellent cook, passing on her skills to many of her children and grandchildren. She loved to crochet, sew, and had an incredible green thumb. She had a caring heart, a beautiful smile and loved unconditionally. She was rarely seen without her cross, St. Christopher and wedding ring which all meant so much to her. She loved to talk and could often be found on a bench, chatting away with a perfect stranger, but it was as if they were great friends.
Remaining to cherish Natalia’s memory are two daughters, Mellody (Bryan) Fuller and Holly (Chad) Chiddister, both of Three Rivers, MI and four sons, Robert (Sue) Winnicki, South Bend, IN, Nicholas Winnicki (Joy) of South New Berlin, NY, Jeffery Winnicki (Kim), Mendon, MI and Richard Winnicki, Colon, MI. Natalia shared a special relationship with her granddaughter Nicole, whom she raised as well as her children, Breah Jay and Daclin, who cared for her at the time of her passing. Natalia had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sharing a special love with many of them.
She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Winnicki Jr., two sons Michael and James Winnicki as well as her parents and in-laws.

So very sorry for your loss.
I worked with Natalie at the old
Three Rivers Hospital. Never a dull moment! She loved her family so very much.
Prayers, Denise
Thank you so much Denise. I remember you! From going in on the weekends with my mom while she worked and my sister volunteered in the gift shop. I remember how much she enjoyed working with you and your friendship. Thank you for your kind words!
One of the most genuine women I’ve ever had the honor to meet. I never had to stifle myself or hide who I was around her, she didn’t have a judgemental bone in her body. The world is a dimmer place with out her here. Many prayers for the family.
