Service Details

Funeral Services will take place at Hohner Funeral Home in Three Rivers, MI with visitation being held on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at Hohner Funeral Home on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Marty Culver officiating. Interment will be held at Mint Cemetery following the service.

Obituary Notice

Paul Richard Evans, age 50, of Schoolcraft, MI passed away on July 8, 2018 at Rose Arbor in Kalamazoo, MI. Paul was born March 2, 1968 the son of Paul D. and Ruth (Trimmer) Evans. He attended Vicksburg schools until his senior year when he moved to Three Rivers graduating in the class of 1987. On July 23, 1994 he married the love of his life Laurie Nowakowski.

Paul loved both his close and extended family and was a social butterfly. It was said that Paul never met a stranger. He was an avid hunter and fisher and enjoyed listening to Rock n’ Roll.

He is preceded in his passing by his father Paul Dewey Evans.

Paul leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife: Laurie (Nowakowski) Evans; mother: Ruth Evans; son: Jacob Evans; daughters: Haley and Holly Evans; sisters: Lisa (Leroy) Heikes and Amy (Roger) Stahl; special neice: Allison Singh;

Memorial’s donated in Paul’s memory may directed to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or to the Family of Paul Evans c/o Laurie Evans. Envelopes are available at the Hohner Funeral Home.
