Obituary Notice
Rosalie Jean Douglas, 68, of Three Rivers, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at her home.
She was born November 18, 1955 in Youngstown, Ohio, and graduated from Three Rivers High School with the Class of 1975. While in high school she was a baton twirler and set her sights on becoming a caregiver for handicapped students.
Rose loved her family very much and was a caretaker not only of them but also for many others throughout her lives. She liked to cook, with “everything” being her specialty.
She worked as a machine operator at River City Plastics as a machine operator until 2005, and for nearly three decades served as a bartender at Sam’s Place.
While at River City Plastics, she met the love of her life, Jeffrey Douglas, and they married July 8, 2007. They enjoyed playing Chinese checkers and hosting events for the Mitten Made Facebook group.
Remaining to cherish Rose’s memory are her mother, Sam Bedford; husband, Jeffrey Douglas; daughter, Angie (Heath) Smith; grandchildren, Nicolaus and Patrick Sparling; sister, Freida Bedford; nephew, Matthew Bedford.

My condolences goes to Jeff and family.i worked with Rose at River City Plastic,she was hard worker,and I remember all our jokes at work,she was a great friend to work with,she will missed by many.
