She was also known for taking in and “adopting” any friends of her children who needed a safe place to land and was “mom” to many throughout her life.

She was a woman of strong faith and attended church at Faith Finders Fellowship.
She is survived by her best friend and husband, Chuck Sears, her children Rachael (Jason), Sara (Jeff), Jamie, her son-in-law, Mike, her grandchildren Faust, Serene, Kaid, Aurora, Robyn, and Hannah, her sister Georgia Outman, her brother Thomas (Audie) Pieper, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Thank you for the condolences as it reminds me that my Mother touched many lives.
It just doesn’t feel real and I miss her dearly.
Mom, you were the light not me and I am so blessed to have had you for the time I was given.
Hello Tom & Audie,
I have been trying to find you two for sometime. As you likely know, Marilyn and I have never communicated well with each other, but I certainly have not forgotten both of you. It looks like you living in the Florida Panhandle now, and I hope you all are doing well. I sure would like to get together with you before I leave this world. I often look back at the good times at Sand Lake. And, I also remember Phyllis. Take care. Wish we could have spend more time together over the years.
So sorry to hear about your loss.
