Obituary Notice

Alesha Nicole “Nikki Fincher” Buttitta, loving wife, mother, daughter and friend, age 34, of Three Rivers, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

She was born July 7, 1990 in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of Robert and Laurie (Howard) Fincher, and graduated from Three Rivers High School with the Class of 2008.

She worked at Frankie’s, American Axle, Blue Gate Restaurant, Flat Rock Café, and Gramz, where she was loved by customers and employers alike. Alesha loved meeting new people and was kind and helpful to her co-workers and the customers that she served. She never met a stranger; she was known for her good work ethics and met each new challenge with determination and confidence.

Nikki was the best, most fun loving mom. She loved spending time on the lake with her kids and parents. She also loved snuggling with the kids watching Netflix. She also loved kayaking on the river with friends.

Alesha enjoyed the outdoors, she was up for adventures and loved spending time with her family and friends. Alesha’s children were her world.

Some of the fondest memories are when Alesha and Brandon would float down the river on their double tube, listening to their favorite songs, and doing what they loved most, spending time together.

Alesha enjoyed being at the lake with her kids and husband and they loved being on the lily pad wrestling each other back into the water.

Nikki loved to have fun and made every moment count.

Alesha enjoyed being creative with different hair colors and wore each one with confidence and sass.

Nikki cherished her grandparents, was great with kids (everyone’s favorite “aunt”) and was everyone’s go-to person – they could always count on her. She loved animals, especially her dogs Tika, Jericho, and Athena.

Alesha was kindhearted, loving, confident, funny, outgoing, brave, determined, and her smile and demeanor were infectious, she lit up a room when she walked into it.

Nikki’s personality was like no other. She poured her love on her children. She never met a stranger. No matter what trial came her way she overcame them. We will carry her in our hearts forever.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Brandon Buttitta; her children, Rhylin Fincher, Brinley Pettit, and Cohen Pettit; stepdaughter, Alivia Buttitta; parents, Laurie (Fincher) Wilcox and Ken Wilcox; mother-in-law, Shawn Paananen; grandmothers, Janice Howard and Dorothy Fincher; half brother, R.J. Fincher; cousin, Stephanie Posey; many dear friends.

She was preceded in passing by her father, Robert Fincher; and grandfathers, Randall Fincher, Herb Howard, Wayne Wilcox, Sr., and Leroy Fincher.
