Obituary Notice
Christopher John Rhodes, 51, of Three Rivers, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 at his home following a valiant fight against cancer.
He was born January 30, 1974 in Kalamazoo, the son of William “Lee” and Marcia (Rhodes) Sherry, and graduated from Three Rivers High School with the Class of 1993.
Chris worked as a forklift driver for Lippert Components in Howe, IN.
Most of all, he loved being with his family, especially camping in Mesick, riding side by sides, or playing cornhole. He was happiest when outdoors and was an avid hunter. He also enjoyed working with several local stock car teams.
Remaining to cherish his memory are his mother, Marcia Sherry; spouse, Kelly Vedder; son, Dalton Vedder; brother, Justin (Crystal) Rhodes; three nieces; four great-nieces and nephews; aunt, Lonnie (Kenny) Holmes; uncles, Randy (Pam) Rhodes and Ray Rhodes; special cousin, Stephanie (Brent) Kertes.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Sherry.
