  1. I was a young girl when my Dad played fast pitch ball with Frank and worked with him. My parents played cards with Frank and Francis, and vacationed up North. . I remember my parents going to their house on Hoffman St. and the play house in the back yard. That playhouse was the coolest thing back then. Frank called me from work in 1976 ( I was called Sissy back then) to tell me that my name had been drawn and advertised on WLKM radio station, I had won the $100.00 drawing for the centennial drawing that was held downtown. I won the money and a stuffed Uncle Sam figure. I thought I was rich. Frank asked me what I was going to do with ALL of that money. I told him that I was going to save it. LOL!! I ran into Frank at the Pizza Hut in TR many years later after my son’s little league game. He recognized me and of course as typical Frank, told me how pretty I was. I cherish my childhood memories with Frank and all of my parents friends. I feel like we truly had the greatest up bringing and hold close to my heart all of the friends of my parents that I grew up with. Memories that I will hold forever. God hold Frank close until we all meet again! Melanie, Brian and Zelpha, you are in my prayers. I know how hard it is to lose your Father, your Rock. Much love being sent your way.
