Obituary Notice
Dorothy Marie Bean, 83, of Mendon, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 4, 1941 in Bloomingdale, the daughter of Camilla A. and Dorothy L. (Ulam) LaViolette, and attended Bloomingdale schools. She later moved to Bangor.
Dorothy loved walking to the river and sitting and watching the wildlife. She loved to fish and to shop at yard sales.
Remaining to cherish her memory are two daughters, Tina (Harvey) Harmon and Shirley Wheeler; grandchildren, Jeff, Jeremy, DakotaLee, Kaine, Breanna, Lucius Jr., Audriya, Martin, Rose, and Angila; great-grandchildren, Kendyl, Addilyn Rose, DakotaLee Jr., John, and many more; and four brothers, Roger, Danny, Tommy, and Cami LaViolette.
She was preceded in death by five sisters, Camilla, Linda, Betty, Joyce, and Chirstine.
