Eufracia Manalansan Peebles, age 63, passed away peacefully at Kairos Dwelling in the late hours of Tuesday, April 23, 2019. She was born on April 5, 1956 in Lubao, Philippines to Davison and Flaviana (Paule) Manalansan.
Eufracia was a kind and loving person who will be missed greatly by all that knew her.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband: John Peebles; niece: Salve (Tim) Warmack and her children: Ashley, Luis, and Nathan.

Gel was such a kind and sweet person. She always seemed to have a smile and a giggle ready to share. Her warmth and optimism were so engaging. This family was and is better for having known and loved her.
