Grace E. (Wilcox) Bent, 55, of Three Rivers, Michigan passed away on June 6, 2023 due to Battle with cancer. Grace was born on December 22, 1967 in Montpelier, Ohio to Robert Boodt and Melanie (Ream) Boodt. Grace was happily married to Paul Bent. Grace loved to spend time with family and friends especially activities outside with them in the summer. Grace had a huge heart and didn’t know what a stranger was, everyone was a potential friend. Remaining to cherish Grace’s memory are her husband Paul Bent, Daughters; Mickey (Nathen) Marunde, Samantha (Conway) Weaver, Adopted Daughter Jessica (Jeff) Robinson. Son; Larry (Melissa) Slavings and Adopted Son Josh Rutherford. Grandchildren; Christopher Swann, Logan Slavings, Alison Bent, Karlie Weaver, Jonathan Weaver, Blake Weaver, Chase Wolkins and Abbi Rutherford. She had 4 great-grandchildren. She has 4 sisters; Penny (Corey) Wolfe and their 3 children. Melanie (Jim) Kings and their one child. Annmarie (Ed) Fulks and their 3 children. Bobbie (John) Quake and their 3 children. Lots of nieces and nephews. Preceding Grace in death was a special friend and mother-in-law Lettie Bent.

I met Gracie thru her husband and we had occasions to all be together. When you met Gracie within the first minutes you new you a talking with a very loving and compastionate women who loved her family and especially Paul. RIP my friend.
Grace, you were one of my childhood friends that never judged and accepted people for who they were, and you stayed my friend thru 45 years. I wont ever forget you and your smile hun. I love you. Rest easy and fly high luv.
Grace was a beautiful person Inside and out!! I worked with her for a few yrs she had a beautiful smile that could lighten up the room she will be missed prayers to the family

Gracie… you were such a big part of my childhood . You were the person where so many of us found a friend, a listening ear and a shoulder if we needed one. You had a fantastic sense of humor and the world will be a little less bright because you are not in it. You will be missed by so many. Thank you for being our safe place when we were all looking for acceptance and love. I know you are next to our lord now. ♥️♥️
You have always been by my side as a kid, then again in adulthood. We weathered storms togetjer that were meant to break a person. I think you raised or helped raise half the kids in this family and made everyone else part of the family no matter what. You loved hard and we played harder. There is never a day that goes by that a memory will pop up of one of the many adventures we found ourselves into in this small town. You will forever be in our hearts. Oh and say hello to the family up there from all of us. I love you 😍
