Service Details

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 noon on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 at Hohner Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Anderson officiating. A video of the service is available here.

Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery immediately following services.

Obituary Notice

Mr. Gregory Lynn Sanders, age 59, of Three Rivers, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021 at the Borgess Medical Center. Greg was born on Dec. 20, 1961 in Elkhart, IN the son of Eugene and Carol (Scott) Sanders.

Gregory has been a longtime resident of Three Rivers. He was employed as a welder for the Dexter Axle Company, Elkhart, IN for many years.

Gregory was preceded in death by his father Eugene and two brothers, Gary and David Sanders.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his companion of thirty years, Mrs. Cindy Lacey; three children, Dekoda, Jason, and Michael Lacey; his mother, Mrs. Carol Newman; three brothers, James, Kenneth “Butch”, and Eugene Sanders; two sisters, Leona Ames and Donna Sanders.

Donations in Gregory’s memory may be directed to the American Legion Hice-Shutes Post #170. Envelopes are available at Hohner Funeral Home in care of his arrangements.
