  1. Due to the weather I may not be there. Jay was a very nice man and I remember him fondly. Meet him not long ago and he remembered me but I haven’t seen Him in 10 years. Rest in peace Jay. Wishing his family peace and fond memories of the past.

  2. Pastor Jay
I had many good memories of you preaching at the Bible church you and your family the many baptisms the many things the services you preached my life was touched by you and so many ways the Bible church was a beacon in my life at the time I came you and Geneva made a difference in my life when I walked in those doors I was a broken hot mess. I’m so sorry for the loss for everyone at the Bible church for the family and friends that I’ve been to miss you.

  3. Mr. Bailey was by-far the most influential teacher of my early adult life. He was a good friend, and a brother in Christ. Jay, in many ways, saved my life, and I thank God for putting him in my life. I joined the military, in some ways, because of Jay, and I have many good memories with Jay, that will never be forgotten. Love and peace that passes all understanding for all family and friends.
