Service Details

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services beginning at 12:00 p.m. noon on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Hohner Funeral Home.
Interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Three Rivers.

Obituary Notice

John David Bennett, age 49, of Three Rivers, Michigan passed away in the early afternoon on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. He was born on February 18, 1970 the son of John D. Bacon and Violet Bennett in Three Rivers, Michigan.

John was a life long resident of Three Rivers. He enjoyed photography and working on his home. John will be remembered as a hard worker and a loving partner, loving terrific son, father, and grandfather.

Left to cherish John’s memory are: his significant other for the last twenty-eight years: Pamela Arnold; son: Cody Alan David Bennett; step-daughter: Daisy Jean Harris; his mother: Violet Bennett; and grandchildren: Rayne, Summer, Charlie, and Braxton.

Additional Information

Memorials made in John’s memory may be directed to the family c/o Pamela Arnold. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.

  1. Oh my Lord! I am very lost for words. Anytime John would come to my machine to fix process issues he always had a new joke or something funny to conversate about. Knowing he was remodeling his house on his vacations and to see the pride he took in his work! Always will be remembered as a charismatic man and very humble individual. Rest in Heaven John Bennett!

  2. Pam and John were like my second pair of parents growing up. Being best friends with Daisy. John would always make me laugh. I remeber him sitting on the coach telling me to stop looking at his fat belly lol. This man had a heart of gold. It was amazing to see the connection him and Pam had. You will be missed.   4. Remember fondly working with John. Always had a smile on his face, and fun to work with. We both named our first born Cody after I stole it from him. Condolences to the entire family, hoping they find peace in this trying time.
