You all are in our thoughts and prayers and we hope you find strength in each other, hope in knowing Jon is at peace and faith the hand of Jon will welcome you home again someday. Our hearts, like yours, are deeply saddened. So many great, funny family memories we will cherish. Man, Jon could hit a softball a mile. We all backed up about 100 yards when Jonnie came up to bat at Fryling Family reunions. Then whack, and over our heads it went. His smile, priceless. Love to you all at this most difficult time.

  6. It was my privilege to know John for several years, both as a friend and a treasured customer in my metal detector shop. He was indeed a treasure hunter for fun, but a real treasure to anyone who knew him. My prayers go out in Thanksgiving to our most Holy God for the privilege to know him! And I pray for strength and peace to his loved ones. I am deeply sorry and saddened by your loss.

  7. I am saddened to hear of Jon’s death. I was a friend of his dad and have known Jon Jr. for many years. Jon was a highly respected staff member of the St. Joe County road commission and an all-round good man. To his family, please accept my most sincere condolences. He was taken way too soon but will be respected and remembered by all who knew him.

  8. Very sorry and sad to hear of Jon’s passing. I spent a lot of time with him growing up and going to school with him. He’d help us bailing hay in the summer, was a hard worker and he was fun to be around when we were “all hanging out with the usual crowd”. RIP Jon…….
