Obituary Notice
Patricia Ann Gregory, 80, of Schoolcraft, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 at Medilodge of Portage surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 3, 1943 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Bert and Wilma (Knapp) Wolfe. She later moved with her mother and father to Pennsylvania where she graduated with the Class of 1961 from Reynoldsville-Winslow High School in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania. Pat later moved with her family to Warren, Pennsylvania and lived and worked there for several years until she moved to Michigan in 1978.
Pat worked for many years as a seamstress for both van conversion companies as well as Denton Mills and DTW. Pat also worked a clerical position for Allstate insurance for several years.
On March 22, 1986 in Union, Michigan, she married Thomas Ray Gregory and moved to Three Rivers. They were married over 36 years and traveled all across the United States. They had many adventures over the years. Together they enjoyed a love of family, travel, and flea marketing.
Pat was an avid bowler in her younger years and made many trips to state competitions and had many stories to tell. Pat loved to play card games like Euchre, Hand and Foot, and especially Texas Hold ’Em and she was always very lucky. Pat was very talented in sewing and cake decorating and made many dresses and cakes for friends and family. Pat loved to cook and try new recipes and had several often-requested desserts that she was famous for and they were always amazing. In her later years Pat loved to play Bingo at the nursing home and she was always excited to win a prize or two so that she could give them to her granddaughters.
Pat was a kind and loving person who always enjoyed time with family. She loved to attend family cookouts and to spend time at flea markets looking around for the best deal. Pat was very creative and loved to color pictures that she displayed in her room. She loved her grandkids and loved to see them and hear about their adventures and activities, and even though she could not always be there in person she always wanted to see pictures.
Remaining to cherish her memory is her Daughter, JoDawna (Jason) McDonald; 3 grandchildren, Terry, Sydney & Natalie; brother-in-law, Richard (Dianna) Gregory.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Wilma; her two brothers Bert Jr. and Jerry Wolfe and her husband, Tom Gregory, on October 4, 2022.
