Service Details
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of services beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 at Hohner Funeral Home with Rev. Karleen Kinker officiating.
Interment will be held at Moorepark Cemetery with Military Honors under the auspices of the American Legion Post # 170.
Obituary Notice
Roger James Anderson, age 87, of Three Rivers passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center. He was born on December 5, 1930 the son of Jesse and Nila (Horn) Anderson. Roger graduated from Marcellus High School and later served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Anderson was employed as a draftsman for Clarks Equipment and Bendix Corporation where he eventually retired in 1995. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling with his wife, and his cabin on Big Cedar Lake. Roger was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harold Anderson.
In November of 1975 Roger was united in marriage to Mrs. Kathleen Jan Anderson. Together they leave to cherish his loving memory, wife Kathleen Jan Anderson; three children, Jon (Lori) Bingaman, Julie McEnroe, James (Chris) Bingaman; five grandchildren, Kristen, Jacqueline, Jeff, Mitchell, and Haley; two great grandchildren, Selah and Avah as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins
